(Nasdaq: HAACU) (the “Company”) today announced that, commencing January 4, 2021, holders of the SAILSM securities sold in the Company's initial public offering of SAILSM securities, completed on November 17, 2020, may elect to separately trade the shares of Class A common stock and warrants included in the SAILSM securities. Those SAILSM securities not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbol “HAACU,” and the shares of Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols “HAAC” and “HAACW,” respectively. (the “Company”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 50,000,000 SAIL℠ (Stakeholder Aligned Initial Listing) securities at a price of $10.00 per SAIL℠ security. The SAIL℠ securities will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) and will trade under the ticker symbol “HAACU” beginning November 12, 2020. Each SAIL℠ security consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share.
