REITs With 7-Figure Insider Buys

2025-09-29 08:15:00Insider purchases can be a great indicator to identify opportunities. REIT executives have been buying a lot of shares lately. I highlight two REITs with multi-million-dollar insider buys.

5 ‘Fed-Friendly' REITs Paying Up To 13%
forbes.com
2025-09-28 09:00:03The Fed has finally cut rates, and if the “dot plot” is any indication, it won't be the last. This is fuel for real estate investment trusts (REITs)—they thrive when borrowing costs fall and their fat dividends shine next to shrinking bond yields.

Armada Hoffler Announces Quarterly Dividend
globenewswire.com
2025-09-12 16:15:00VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., Sept. 12, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Armada Hoffler (NYSE: AHH) announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share. The third quarter dividend will be paid in cash on October 2, 2025, to stockholders of record on September 24, 2025.

Price Dislocation In Diversified REITs
seekingalpha.com
2025-09-09 17:59:46Diversified REITs are trading at a 24% discount to the value implied by their underlying real estate assets, based on cap rate analysis. This discount exists despite diversified REITs owning similar property mixes as pure-play REITs, suggesting a mispricing opportunity for investors. While some valuation gap is justified, I believe the current discount is excessive and presents a compelling opportunity in diversified REITs.

Yields Up To 7%-12%: 3 REITs To Buy Today
seekingalpha.com
2025-09-04 08:15:00REIT dividend yields are historically high. Many are offering 7%-12% dividend yields. I present three of my top picks in this yield range.

M&A Is Heating Back Up In REITs
seekingalpha.com
2025-09-03 16:30:36M&A activity in REITs is accelerating due to deep discounts to NAV, strong property fundamentals, and abundant capital from PE and large REITs. High-performing, discounted REITs are prime buyout targets, especially in industrial, shopping center, and multifamily sectors where transaction volumes are rising. To capture buyout upside, I focus on large NAV discounts, high-quality properties, and special situations offering synergy or enhanced value to buyers.

The More It Drops, The More I Buy
seekingalpha.com
2025-08-26 08:15:00My investing strategy is simple yet powerful. It can be summed up as "the more it drops, the more I buy." This strategy works great in the REIT sector. I explain why.

seekingalpha.com
2025-07-28 16:03:41Armada Hoffler Properties (AHH) has severely underperformed both the broader market and real estate sector benchmarks over 1- and 10-year periods. Despite a high forward dividend yield, recent dividend cuts and weak balance sheet metrics raise concerns about income safety and financial health. Fed Looms Over Mid-Summer Rally
seekingalpha.com
2025-07-27 09:00:00U.S. equity markets rallied to fresh record-highs this week as investors cheered upbeat corporate earnings results and several major trade deals ahead of a frenetic week of potentially narrative-shifting catalysts. Months of tariff bemoaning and general pessimism have surrendered of late to some mid-summer optimism, but a barrage of obstacles loom, including a Fed that is ever-eager to play spoiler. Notching record-highs in four of the past five weeks, the S&P 500 rallied another 1.5% this week, advancing in all five trading sessions.
